Acupuncture/Acupressure Session
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese therapy designed to target certain areas of the body to eliminate pain and relieve specific conditions. Single use, filiform needles are gently inserted into acupuncture points to improve the function of body systems, muscles and organs. Other techniques can be used as appropriate, e.g. cupping, wet cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, heat therapy, details of which will be explained to you.
Duration of treatment is 45min to 1 hour.
